In the event Mizuho Bank determines that the user name or email address and password assigned to You are being used by others (or that You are not the person to whom the user name or email address and password were assigned), access to the SCF Platform and/or additional Mizuho Bank services by You may be prevented, suspended or terminated.
(IV) The information contained in this SCF Platform is confidential and You agree not to disclose, orally or in writing, to any third party such confidential information without the prior written consent of Mizuho Bank.
You are reminded that your access to, and use of, this SCF Platform is governed by the Platform Licence Agreement, which also sets out how any information You provide to Mizuho Bank will be used. The Platform Licence Agreement can be found on this SCF Platform under the “User” dropdown menu, at “Terms of Use”.
